The Argentinian journalist Abel , well-known for his sensational investigations in the history of , claims in his last work that after May 1945 and its wife, , would have hidden in Argentina during long years.
In the book “ in Argentina”, appeared in bookstore with the last weekend, Abel publishes evidences of people who would have met the in various places of the country and quotes a document secret signal of the FBI (Federal Office off Investigation) confirming this version.
According to the author, and its continuation - not more than seven people on the whole - would have been disembarked by a submarine in small bay of of , in the southernmost province of Rio , with the hinge of August 1945 and July. The submarine which had dispatched the chief of third , and the others, had been escorted by two other submarines. After the unloading, the three ships had been scuttled.
“With the means of special instruments we established that three German submarines lie by thirty meters basic in this sector of the littoral , covered of a layer of sand. These wrecks are mentioned in no document of files of the staff of the #8C2A1D of war and the Department of Defense. Remainder, during the last world war Argentina had not sought to start the combat against the German ships. On the contrary, this discovery testifies once more that German submarines navigate in the Argentinas territorial water and often accosted the coast ”, written Abel .
Then, the researcher indicates, and undertook a voyage whose route had been traced in the provinces of , of Buenos Aires, of and by the chiefs Nazis Martin , and . In particular, they had a long time stopped with the locality , a property belonging to the business man Antonio, one of the trustworthy persons of the Argentinian dictator .
In its new book Abel quotes of many witnesses called to convince the reader that and them had also borrowed this route and had hidden at the places indicated in the work.
“Walters and Ida , known to be the main financial agents of Germany in South America, lived for a long time in the small town of , the province of . The servant , who lives today with all his clearness, had worked of long years at . She told me how in 1949 she had been with the service of in a small hotel pertaining to . The book also conceals a report of the gardener of , which also worked for the FBI, according to which in the month of May 1945 the husbands had started to prepare the arrival of actively.
According to Abel , there exist as irrefutable evidence attesting as and the Croatian dictator Ante met at Mar del Plata, not far from Buenos Aires.
The servant affirms that the “Cousin” had had telephone contacts with the husbands until 1964, date on which Ida died. During thirty years, the FBI (Federal Office off Investigation) held up to date a secret file on . This document of 734 pages, today and available on , contains speeches of , relative data with an American plot intended to abolish it since 1933, of the photographs, but also the result newspaper cuttings of the many surveys carried out the American Federal office in order to check all information letting believe that the chancellor of had survived the Second world war.

With his reading, one is amazed to learn that until 1956 the federal agents and their Director, J. , believed that the escape from had been possible and endeavoured to track it while the whole world proclaimed its death!
The first doubts about the death of the dictator Nazi appear as of the conference of , in July 1945, when Stalin states with US president that is escaped of its bunker and hides in the West. (The Soviets regularly will show their old allies to seek “to recycle” the chief of within the framework of their fight against Communism.) The marshal, who conquered Berlin, made it clear itself that could flee in Spain by aircraft before the rendering of the German capital. Propaganda or justified concern?

October 15th, 1945, a detective amateur, little broken with the requirements of the administration of the proof, makes the bet that took refuge in New York, adding: “There does not exist any other city in the world where it can be absorbed so easily… I give you information for what it is worth, obviously.” During this time, another sleuthhound dilettante locates it in a farm isolated from the German-speaking Switzerland. In 1951, an adviser claims that changed face thanks to the plastic surgery (recurring detail in the agents of the FBI) and resembles henceforth “more a Jew with Nice”. The same informer believes that the dictator worked in a cafeteria of Miami.
In spite of their whimsical character, the majority of these declarations are the subject of an investigation on behalf of the federal ones, far from taking these allegations with the light one.
Because from other rumors, more serious, feed their skepticism. A doctor claims for example to have looked after at Saint Louis for an intestinal disorder. However, according to the medical records of which the FBI got, the aforementioned really suffered from digestive disorders. Moreover, information was not disseminated with the public at that time.
But in fact the “pipes” coming from abroad will push the services of to be launched out, to the four corners of planet, in a hunting for the man which finds his equivalent only in the tracking of the kidnapper of the baby, with the beginning of the year 1930.

The note even specifies that the Argentinas authorities developed clandestine meetings with the Nazi chief with the purpose of importing weapons and technicians in their country: factories of bicycles would be converted into factories of ammunition.
The opulent German colony of Argentina is likely to offer a refuge of choice to and its lieutenants. One of its members, the count , chief of the German secret services in Argentina and close to the admiral (indicated by like its dolphin in its political legacy), is suspected “of having acquired a ranch which could be intended to accommodate them”. The unity of the strategic Services (Special Service Links) American department of the War also forwards in a file taking again the statements of , owner of a hotel with and proclaimed Nazi, who claims that its property is the ideal place to ensure a retreat gilded its idol.
Other evidences appearing to confirm the escape of in Argentina are not long in flowing. receives a letter which specifies to him that the former chancellor of is with the shelter in undergrounds arranged under a , with iles in the North-West of Buenos Aires. A report of the FBI of Los Angeles, dated September 21st, 1945, affirms that disembarked in Argentina approximately two weeks after the fall of Berlin and that it hides in a ranch, with the feet of the Andes cordillera. According to the adviser, his assistants remain in the villages around. He specifies that suffers from asthma and cut its moustache. The FBI deplores that the history is “impossible to check”.
In June 1946, another note gives a report on a letter found in a parking area of Pennsylvania and forwarded by the prosecutor of the county of , of which the author (anonymous) written: “I saw the other day in Argentina. It is very nervous but stopped taking drugs.” According to this document, is on the point of leaving its hiding-place and soon will announce its new address to a secret organization of embers, all resulting “from the Motherland”. Business without continuation.
Part of these evidences comes from news articles which advance that the quietly awaits in its clandestine refuge a war between the Soviet Union and the United States to be presented in the form of a leader of the new world. These documents, carefully collated by the FBI, abound in precise details on its escape out of submarine. One reports in particular that a Brazilian boat was run by a submarine not identified transporting a woman resembling , the partner of , which would have then disembarked on the coast of Argentina. Another submarine mysterious has also be seen by coastguard with approximately 1.iles with north of , in California, with place where certain Theodore , rich person importing from Strait recognized guilty to have brought its assistance to Nazi escaped (business for which he touched dungeon), mysteriously disappeared from its boat a few hours before.
Mow, this information all is contradictory. Worse: by their nature, they are hardly characterized from the allegations locating under the most eccentric latitudes. A Japanese naval officer provides details thus relating to a plan of evacuation of and towards Japan. A pilot claims, him, that it transported and his wife to Denmark. Another agent affirms that the former chancellor-chairman is made look after by certain Dr. under the Spanish skies. Perfectly unverifiable information.
In fact, none of these reports makes it possible to go back to . The FBI is constrained to conclude that they are only rumors without base or wanderings intended to sell paper. The more so as the honesty of certain advisers is directly blamed. Having analyzed an item of Chicago Times, an agent of the FBI makes this portrait of the author: “Its reputation is extremely poor and he is generally regarded as a journalist with not very reliable feeling.” Since the surveys lead only to impasses, the FBI little by little will ignore the noises relating to the escape from .
In 1956, after three years of survey, the German magistrates state on their side that officially died on April 30th, 1945 in its bunker of the Chancellery, in Berlin. An opinion which joined that of federal American. It is necessary to await the end of the year 1960 and English translation of the book of the Soviet journalist of The off (see In complement) so that the West is informed that the autopsy of two carbonized bodies found in the bunker was carried out by the Soviets since 1945 and appeared positive. The United States will complain about the slowness put by the Soviet services to make these revelations; those will answer them that they wanted to adhere to the time necessary for the of the secret documents.
Naturally, the book of will not stop the public rumor. The author indeed clarified certain strangenesses of the autopsy ( is described there like having one testicle), which will make the happiness of the professionals of the mysterious history. But the FBI gives up readily this ground to them. For him, the business is definitively closed.

The incredible tour of a corpse
May 2nd, 1945, the ultimate German defenders of Berlin capitulate to the #CA685B Army. Men of - acronym Soviet of ! Died with the spies! special service created by the general - realize suddenly that to three meters of the gate of the bunker the ground was turned over. They dig and find two bodies carbonized. But as they do not coincide with the information in their possession, the Soviets position them back. May 8th, day of the victory, five legists of the #CA685B Army examine the remainders clandestinely. They notice that it misses an upper part of cranium of the man. Since no wound by weapon is visible, the doctors estimate that the aforementioned died poisoned. Like the woman found at her sides. For identification, a dental examination is necessary. finds , assistant of the dentist of , and questions it. It carries out a diagram of the teeth of which corresponds to the jaw of the corpse.
Their mission accomplished, the Soviet agents continue their progression with armed. The evening, with each halt, they bury the two bodies in wood! Finally, the agents arrive at Magdeburg and hide their macabre spoils in the court of the HQ of East-German .
However, the discovery and the transport of the body of are not the any publicity purpose. Why this secrecy? Undoubtedly because the autopsy was not carried out in the rules of Article Peut-être also because the “allies” of the USSR would be likely to require to check the reality of this death and that their intrusion would create useless complications. But especially because , Deputy Prime Minister of Stalin, wonders seriously if its rival, owner of , is not the instigator of a fraud! In February 1946, it opens a secret survey, the Mythe operation, in order to gather evidences showing the lies of the officer. After all, is perhaps in escape and its accomplice. makes question the survivors of the bunker, in particular Hans , the pilot of ; , its aide-de-camp; Heinz Linen, its valet, and , an operator. The interrogations, together with meetings of torture, lead to the drafting of a report whose existence will be made public only in the years 1990. This ultra-confidential document reveals that decided to finish some when he learned hanging by the feet, on April 28th, 1945, of the corpses of and his mistress .

In June 1946, the witnesses captive of are transported to Berlin, in the park of the bunker. They indicate the place where they ignited then buried and his wife. The site corresponds to the exhumation carried out by one year earlier. One benefits from it to proceed to new excavations and one unearths four cranium fragments. Largest is transpierced by a ball. The autopsy of 1945 is partly confirmed: the doctors indeed noted there the absence of a showpiece of cranium, that which precisely makes it possible to conclude that committed suicide by firearm. The puzzle is from now on complete.
Too much close to the conclusions of , these elements however is not disseminated by . Stalin himself is not held by it informed, which perhaps explains why he suspected the Westerners of having collected the deposed dictator. As for the remainders of Magdeburg, they are moderately forgotten. 1970 should be waited until, and the era, so that the chief of the KGB makes them destroy. By fire. But the cranium and the teeth of , preserved in the files, escape the cremation. One does not learn the existence from it that after the fall from the Soviet Empire. In 2000, the upper part of cranium of the dictator becomes even one of curiosities of a Muscovite exhibition organized by the Federal service of the Russian files to mark the fifty-fifth birthday of the end of the war.
However certain historians still doubt his authenticity. According to them, only an analysis DNA could put an end to the polemic. Teeth however were formally identified by the German legist Mark , within the framework of documentary of the channel National disseminated in 2003. The official proof
This death certificate of , bench on October 25th, 1956 with - the residence of holidays of -, is contresigned by two officers of civil statue, Dr. and , who write: “It is noted that , born on April 20th, 1889 with Braunau-on-In, died. One fixes the date and the hour of the death on April 30th, 1944, with 15:30.”
